About the Prayer Shawl Ministry
The
Prayer Shawl Ministry was started in 2003 and gathers the second Monday
of every month from 10:00 AM till noon. With an average attendance of 12,
we gather for a time of prayer, fellowship and knitting.
Our shawls are distributed to people who are sick, grieving or in need of
healing. Having made more than 750 shawls over the years, we have been
able to give many to church members, their families and friends.
We have also contributed even more to Hartford Hospital and several other
organizations in the area.
